How we handle it.
Algae and mildew grow where the house stays damp: the shaded side, under the eaves, along the seams, and in the splash band above the mulch. Our soft wash solution kills that growth instead of blasting it around, so the siding stays clean longer and nothing is forced behind the panels.

Chalky oxidation on older vinyl is a separate condition from dirt. We will point it out at the property review rather than promise a wash will remove it.
